OEConnection announces epyx acquisition
OEConnection, a global technology provider for the automotive aftermarket, has announced it will acquire epyx from Corpay.
It has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire epyx as well as sister companies r2c Online and Business Gateway.
epyx, r2c Online, and Business Gateway provide fleet management, vehicle SMR, workshop management, and compliance technology in the UK and Europe.
The deal is intended to help epyx increase customer value across Europe’s fleet and aftersales technology market.
