NFDA calls for Dealer Attitude Survey feedback
The National Franchised Dealers Association is urging dealers to take part in its latest Dealer Attitude Survey.
The independent survey aims to assess the state of the sector, identify trends and drive investment into the industry.
The NFDA is now encouraging dealers to share their insights anonymously to ensure their views are accurately represented, with higher representation resulting in greater impact.
Sue Robinson, chief executive of the NFDA, said: “The Dealer Attitude Survey is a vital tool in ensuring that the voice of franchised dealers is clearly heard across the automotive sector. Its independence and anonymity give dealers the confidence to provide honest and constructive feedback, which is increasingly valued by manufacturers.
“Whether you are a long-standing contributor or taking part for the first time, we strongly encourage all dealers to get involved. Every response makes a difference, and new participants are key to ensuring the survey reflects the full breadth of experiences across our network.
“The higher the response rate, the more powerful and representative the results will be in shaping future conversations and driving positive change for our industry.”
