Neil Redden to head up LKQ UK and Ireland’s bodyshop division
LKQ UK and Ireland’s Bodyshop Division has appointed Neil Redden to head of account management.
Redden has been a part of LKQ for more than a decade having joined as a branch manager in 2015. He has since risen through the ranks as regional account manager, sales excellence manager, head of sales excellence training and regional manager, before being appointed to LKQ’s bodyshop division as divisional account manager in 2025.
In his new role he will work closely with Chris Roe, sales director, and Deboragh Greenwood, business development director of LKQ’s Bodyshop Division.
He said: “Stepping up to lead the account management team is a fantastic opportunity. We already have an excellent team that goes the extra mile every day to make sure bodyshops get the right parts, advice and support they need to keep their customers moving.
“Our account managers build close relationships with customers and understand the pressures they face, from changing vehicle technology and repair methods to managing costs and turnaround times. It’s that combination of personal service and practical expertise that sets LKQ apart, and I’m looking forward to helping the team build on it.”
Roe added: “Neil brings a wealth of experience and a strong understanding of our business and customers to this role. His progression through LKQ is a great example of the opportunities we offer our people to develop their careers.
“As the accident repair industry continues to evolve, having experienced people who truly understand our customers and their needs, is more important than ever.”
