The NBRA has appointed Kyra Hazlehurst-Brooks as new South East development manager to enhance member support in the region.
She has been appointed to strengthen relationships, bring fresh momentum to regional engagement, and ensure NBRA support remains closely aligned to the real-world needs of repairers.
Hazlehurst-Brooks has more than 17 years’ experience in the insurance, customer service and automotive sectors.
With a background in network management, she will bring a deep understanding of the pressures repairers face while her hands-on, people-first approach will support the NBRA’s renewed focus on proactive engagement.
Commitment
Hazlehurst-Brooks said: “I’m thrilled to join the NBRA team and support our members across the South East. I’m committed to being present, collaborative and genuinely helpful, ensuring every member feels valued, understood, and supported.”
Martyn Rowley, executive director of the NBRA-VBRA, added: “Kyra’s appointment reflects our commitment to continually raising the bar in the support we offer our members. Her experience, insight and natural ability to connect with people bring a renewed energy to the Southeast region.
“We’re confident Kyra will not only strengthen relationships but deliver the practical, proactive support that repairers genuinely value.”
