Jon Parker launches Parker Collision Intelligence
Industry vetern Jon Parker, the former Halo ARC managing director, has launched Parker Collision Intelligence (PCI) as a specialist advisory and operational transformation business, targeting collision repair networks, motor insurers, dealer groups, and OEM brands as its customers .
Headquartered in southern France, PCI operates internationally and serves clients across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Australia.
Parker Collision Intelligence launched
At the heart of PCI’s offering is BodyshopRevolution.ai – which is billed as the world’s “most advanced collision repair operating system”.
Developed by Parker, a 35-year industry veteran, and originally conceived between 2008 and 2010, BodyshopRevolution.ai has been refined and has now been enhanced with artificial intelligence to deliver real-time workflow optimisation, decision-support, and performance modelling at scale.

Parker said that the collision sector has long been measuring (and managing) the wrong things. While most operators focus on labour rates, utilisation, and local efficiencies, the critical determinant of profitability, customer experience, and total claim cost is largely overlooked – velocity.
He said: “Most businesses are not underperforming because of their people. They are underperforming because of their system and how they think about flow. Until that changes, results will not.
“BodyshopRevolution.ai applies Theory of Constraints and Systems Thinking to redesign the entire collision ecosystem – from workshop floor through to insurers, supply chain, and the customer. The result is a high-velocity, low-friction operating model that replaces fragmented, silo-based processes with a unified system built around throughput, constraint management, and predictable workflow.”
Measurable improvements
Parker’s track record includes developing a 10-site MSO – Halo ARC – into the UK’s third largest, growing organically to 38 bodyshop sites employing 520 collision professionals and achieving a £67 million annual turnover. Across more than 30,000 annual repairs, the business achieved a three-day average key-to-key cycle time and a 4.9/5 Trustpilot rating from more than 11,000 customers.
Parker said that clients implementing BodyshopRevolution.ai can expect throughput increases of 20%-50% from existing staff and facilities; key-to-key cycle times reduced by approximately half; significant reduction in work-in-progress and production stoppages; predictable scheduling, workflow, and vehicle delivery; measurable reductions in total claim cost for insurer partners; and scalable, repeatable performance suitable for independent shops through to large MSOs and insurer networks.
Parker Collision Intelligence’s services are structured around three core audiences:
- Collision repair networks and bodyshops – From independent operators to large MSOs, BodyshopRevolution.ai delivers a complete operational overhaul using TOC-based flow management to guarantee throughput increases and world-leading CSI/NPS scores.
- Motor insurers – PCI offers a pathway to predictable indemnity, reduced cycle times, and lower total claim cost by aligning repair networks within a single operational framework — removing the hidden costs of vehicle dwell, administrative friction, and customer dissatisfaction.
- Dealer groups & OEM brands – PCI provides connected collision strategy, insurer support, optimised workflow modelling, and network integration to ensure an extraordinary brand experience at the point of damage repair.
