FixMyCar agrees training partnership with Bosch
FixMyCar has announced a new partnership with Bosch to offer its network greater access to Bosch’s training and technical services.
The first stage of the agreement will allow repairers, mobile mechanics and dealerships on the FixMyCar network to access the full range of Bosch training courses at competitive prices.
Bosch offers IMI-approved aftermarket courses from four dedicated training centres around the UK and Ireland, focusing on key technical skills such as electric vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, and driver assistance and safety system maintenance.
Courses are also available in business skills such as customer service and social media.

Upskilling
Amanda Webb, CEO at FixMyCar said: “FixMyCar is proud to have had a close working relationship with Bosch for many years. We are so excited to be able to expand that into a new partnership that will deliver even greater value and benefits for our hard-working garage network.
“The auto repair industry is facing many challenges with the rise of electric vehicles and increasingly complex technology in cars. Upskilling and training have never been more important for repairers and Bosch’s training programme is at the forefront of practical, hands-on learning.”
Kevin Kelly, country sales director, UK & Ireland at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket, added: “FixMyCar have been a strong partner to Bosch for the last six years. This latest phase of our cooperation will see FixMyCar bring our world class training courses directly to repairers via their existing online platform, which is utilised by thousands of workshops.
“Lifelong learning and development are critical to the future success and competitiveness of independent repairers, so by working together with FixMyCar we hope to simplify access and engagement with our comprehensive range of training courses and qualifications.”
