Fix Auto Stourport celebrates BSI 10125 certification
Fix Auto Stourport has secured BSI 10125 certification after achieving a 100% score during its assessment.
The site was opened in January by Fix Auto Walsall franchise partner Ziarab Amin.
At just over 4,000 sqft, Fix Auto Stourport is modest compared to the 12,000 sqft Fix Auto Walsall operation, but plans are already in motion to expand into an adjoining building.
The site is currently operating with eight work bays and has the capacity to repair up to 20 vehicles per week, including LCVs. That figure is expected to double once renovation works are completed.
Team effort
Humam Amin, director and bodyshop manager overseeing both repair centres, said: “We’re absolutely delighted to gain our BSI 10125 certification. When we bought the Stourport business, we did so with complete confidence in its potential and facilities.
“However, we also knew there was work to be done to align it with the standards we’ve established in Walsall, and, more importantly, to ensure it met the rigorous requirements set out by BSI.
“It’s been a fantastic team effort. Everyone understands the importance of achieving and maintaining BSI 10125 accreditation, and we weren’t prepared to leave anything to chance. I’m proud to say Fix Auto Stourport is now fully operational and open for business.”

Continued investment
Mark Hutchins, operations director for Fix Auto UK, added: “Ziarab, Humam and their entire team continue to demonstrate exactly what strong, progressive franchise partnership looks like. Their commitment to investment, operational excellence and achieving industry-leading standards such as BSI 10125 is hugely commendable.
“Expanding their footprint while simultaneously securing accreditation at a newly acquired site shows both ambition and discipline. They are setting a benchmark not only within the region but across the network, and we are extremely proud to support their continued growth.”
