EZI methods to provide repair methods to FMG academy
Ezi Methods has announced a new partnership to provide repair methods to the FMG Repair Services technical training academy near Goole.
As part of the agreement, it will provide free access to its library of more than 80,400 vehicle repair methods to support FMGRS’ apprentice and technician training.
Trainees and instructors at the academy will have direct access to the Ezi Methods platform, supporting ongoing learning and application of manufacturer-approved repair procedures in real-world repair scenarios.
Last year alone, more than 800 apprentices and technicians trained at the FMGRS technical training centre.

A huge benefit
Technical training and research manager Chris McGowan said: “Having access to Ezi Methods’ extensive library of manufacturer repair methods is a huge benefit for our apprentices and technicians.
“Giving our students free access to over 80,000 repair methods means they can develop the habits and confidence they’ll need when they step into the workshop. Partnerships like this help ensure the next generation of technicians are better prepared for the increasingly complex vehicles they’ll be working on.”
Chris Dore, group operations director for Ezi Methods, added: “By partnering with the FMG technical training facility and providing free access to our library repair, we’re helping apprentices and technicians learn the importance of following OEM procedures.
“We’re proud to support Chris and the whole FMGRS team in preparing the next generation of skilled repair professionals for the industry.”
