eBay introduces free returns for automotive parts
Online marketplace eBay has launched Easy and Free Returns for automotive parts.
The new programme applies to new parts and accessories priced over £10, with orders refunded at no cost if they are returned within 30 days.
With free return labels and scheduled pick-ups from convenient drop-off options, Easy and Free Returns has been introduced to give customers more confidence and flexibility when shopping for eligible parts and accessories.
Easy and Free Returns compliments eBay Assured Fit, which helps customers select the right part for their vehicle.
Abir Tewari, UK director of commercial operations, at eBay UK, said: “Buyer confidence is critical when shopping for vehicle parts and accessories online.
“Easy and Free Returns helps remove barriers to purchase, giving customers greater reassurance while complementing tools such as My Garage and eBay Assured Fit that help buyers find the right part first time.”
