Cox Automotive renews Novuna service contract
Cox Automotive has renewed its long-standing multiservice contract with Novuna for a further five years.
The agreement extends a partnership dating back three decades and includes remarketing, inspection, and in-life management of Novuna’s pool fleet customers.
Over the course of the contract, Novuna is expected to remarket more than 50,000 vehicles, including cars, vans, HGVs, and plant machinery, utilising Manheim’s national network of auction centres.
Meanwhile, Cox Automotive has also committed to investing in facilities to support the evolving needs of Novuna, including a seven-figure redevelopment of its original Coventry auction site into a repair centre with new spraybooths, workshops, and top-of-the-range equipment to service cars and vans.
Connected proposition
Sam Panayides, sales director at Cox Automotive Europe, said: “There are few industry partnerships that have lasted as long as our work with Novuna. Having worked alongside the team for several decades, it is fantastic that we can continue growing together, investing in new capabilities and helping them scale at a time when fleet services are more in demand than ever.
“What’s exciting for us as a business is our work with Novuna truly reflects our connected proposition, as they draw on expertise across our wholesale and retail businesses to support improved customer experiences.”
Lucy Line, deputy managing director at Novuna Vehicle Solutions, added: “Our long-standing partnership with Cox is built on trust, collaboration and a shared commitment to deliver for our customers.
“Their ability to support our broad asset base, combined with a continued focus on investing in and evolving products and services, ensures we’re well positioned to drive sustainable growth and deliver long-term value together.”
