Brake announces new partnership with Quartix

Road safety charity Brake has announced a new partnership with fleet tracking and telematics provider Quartix.

As an associate partner, Quartix has pledged to support Brake’s campaigns to end road crashes and provide vital funding for the charity’s work.

It will also be headline sponsor for Brake’s UK Fleet Champions Awards, which celebrates the hard work and dedication of fleet organisations and suppliers striving to reduce road deaths and injuries, and reduce pollution caused by their vehicles.

Ross Moorlock, CEO at Brake, said: “We are extremely pleased to have Quartix join us as an Associated Partner this year, and to have them by our side for a very important event in the fleet calendar, our UK Fleet Champions Awards. The work we do relies on the funding and support of like-minded organisations that can help us pursue our goals to improve road safety for everyone.

“We’d like to thank Quartix for the support they have shown us, and we look forward to our continuing partnership this year.”

Vital mission

Sean Maher, global sales director at Quartix, added: “We’re proud to partner with Brake and support their vital mission to make our roads safer. Every death or serious injury on our roads is one too many, and preventing harm takes leadership, accountability and action.

“Business driving accounts for a significant share of traffic, which means organisations can play a huge role in improving safety. Our fleet tracking technology helps leaders identify risk early, coach safer behaviours and build a stronger safety culture across their workforce. By working with Brake, we will amplify this message and support a cause that matters to everyone.”
