BookMyGarage report reveals new repair trends
BookMyGarage has published its first-ever industry report highlighting emerging trends around MOTs, servicing and repairs.
Drawn from data collected from its own booking platform, the BookMyGarage 2025 Aftermarket Insights Industry Report draws conclusions from millions of real booking interactions alongside surveys of workshop owners and motorists.
It found that BookMyGarage delivered £134m worth of bookings in 2025, with 92% of that total going to independent repairers.
Meanwhile, its Accelerate package delivered an eight-fold revenue return, with 79% of those surveyed saying the platform had a ‘significant’ impact on their business.
Key drivers
The report also revealed that 27% of bookings take place outside of traditional working hours, with drivers increasingly prioritising ‘distance’ over ‘price’ as the key factor when making a booking.
