BookMyGarage announces Motasoft integration
BookMyGarage has announced a new integration with repairer management system Motasoft.
This will enable customer bookings made on BookMyGarage to appear automatically on the management systems of the more than 1,000 workshops using Motasoft’s Virtual Garage Manager (VGM).
VGM is a complete software solution for managing all aspects of a garage’s workshop including providing the tools necessary for booking in work and sending reminders, as well as managing monthly accounts.
Toby Hughes, chief operating officer at BookMyGarage, said: “The integration reduces manual intervention by garage staff using Motasoft’s system. It means we can show a garage’s availability on our platform and then allow a booking to be placed directly into the garage customer’s diary delivering a seamless transition between the two.
“Our partnership with Motasoft is an important step on the automation journey for garages which operate the system.”
