Ayvens extends incident management contract with FMG

Ayvens has signed a new multi-year incident management contract with FMG, extending the companies’ 20-year partnership.

FMG provides 24/7 end-to-end incident management to reduce the impact of accidents on Ayvens’ fleet customers.

Meanwhile, self-serve online options enable Ayvens’ customers to report and manage incidents through FMG’s ENOL service. Once an incident is reported, essential fleet services are activated automatically. Customers can then use FMG Connect to book in repairs, monitor their repair progress, and access replacement vehicles when required.

Rodger Sutcliffe, senior operations manager at Ayvens, said: “We place great importance on partnerships that align with our high standards of service excellence, and the success of our relationship with FMG is built upon years of collaboration, open communication and shared values.

“Together we are committed to finding new ways to add value, improve driver communications and resolve incidents quickly which allows fleet managers to stay focused on running their business.”

Amanda Cunningham, head of client relationships at FMG, added: “Working together, Ayvens and FMG have navigated significant change in the automotive market in the past two decades by proactively focussing upon evolution, investment in technology and listening to the changing needs of their customers.

“Through the power of data analytics and our rich data set from Ayvens fleet, we’re perfectly positioned to stay informed, adapt quickly and embrace innovation together.”
