Fix Auto Felixstowe has completed its installation of the Axalta Irus Mix, claimed to be the fastest fully automated and hands-free mixing machine on the market.
The Axalta Irus Mix uses Axalta’s proven bottle system, eliminating the need to refill or decant product into special containers. The bottles feature precise dosing lids to deliver exact colour matches without waste and are manufactured using 50% recycled plastic to support environmental targets.
Fix Auto Felixstowe was among the first in the region to adopt semi-automated mixing several years ago and this upgrade follows a comprehensive review of paint technologies in the market.
The family-run manufacturer-approved repair centre has also made the strategic decision to transition all paint operations to Axalta.
