Allscreens Nationwide sets sights on sustainable growth
Allscreens Nationwide is celebrating a major milestone after serving more than 100,000 customers a year.
The automotive glazing repair, replacement and ADAS calibrations provider was established in 1993 with just two employees. The company now employs 400 people nationwide, with newly-appointed CEO Daniel Sole supported by founder and father Stuart Sole, who is chairman, and brother Sam Sole as vice chairman.
Financial director Simon Lisser and insurance sales director Lisa Pugh are also part of the leadership team.
Daniel Sole said: “Sustainable growth over the last three years, combined with continued investment in our team, processes and policies means that we are ready for the next phase in the exciting growth in our business.
“We have created a business that is agile, trustworthy, transparent, and easy to do business with, in a market dominated with corporate and private equity backed businesses.
“Allscreens Nationwide is a genuine family business, and we now have a fantastic headquarters in Leicester to be proud of. Our roadmap focusses on innovation, technology, ESG and continued growth which is solely reliant on our people, our customers, and our community. To put it simply, we are a windscreen company run by windscreen people.”
