WD-40 and LKQ in Specialist Contact Cleaner giveaway
WD-40 is giving away 25,000 cans of the WD-40 Specialist Contact Cleaner product as part of its latest promotional campaign with leading car parts distributor LKQ Euro Car Parts.
LKQ Euro Car Parts customers who buy any vehicle batteries from one of its local centres will be given a 50ml sample can of Specialist Contact Cleaner during a three-month period leading up to the end of July. The promotion also includes a 10% discount off the price of other WD-40 Specialist products Penetrant, Silicone and White Lithium Grease.

Sitting within the company’s Specialist range developed specifically for industrial and commercial use, Specialist Contact Cleaner ensures the safe installation of a vehicle’s battery thanks to its super-low conductive solution designed to thoroughly clean dirt, dust, condensation and flux residue from all sensitive electrical components.
Before fitting the battery leads, users are encouraged to spray both the terminal posts and the terminals with Contact Cleaner to ensure as precise a connection as possible.
