Train to Gain secures certification treble

RWC Training has announced that Train to Gain aligns with the auditing procedures of three leading UK certification bodies – BSI, RMISC, and CARS QA.

Train to Gain is RWC Training’s innovative Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme designed to move the automotive repair sector beyond repetitive assessment towards sustainable, job role specific training.

The three organisations are the sole UKAS-accredited bodies for certification, product and inspection activities relevant to the vehicle repair industry. RWC Training worked with each of them to ensure complete awareness and understanding of the Train to Gain CPD model.

Matt Mardell, RWC business development director, said: “From the outset, the team committed to creating a BS 10125 compliant programme that works flawlessly in the real world.

“Preparing the industry means preparing the auditors. Having had thorough meetings with BSI, RMISC and CARS QA, and receiving their positive feedback that Train to Gain integrates well into their auditing processes gives our clients absolute certainty.

“This step eliminates any potential friction during audit, proving that our next-generation CPD programme delivers both genuine upskilling and uncompromised compliance.”
