Sycamore Trust the big winner from charity football match

Fix Auto Dagenham raised £6,000 for the Sycamore Trust during a charity football match against an Enterprise Rent-a-Car team.
Sycamore Trust UK supports individuals and families affected by autism and learning difficulties and was adopted by Fix Auto UK as its charity partner during its recent National Conference.
The match took place at Dagenham & Redbridge FC’s Victoria Road ground, with all funds raised going directly to Sycamore Trust.
Fix Auto Dagenham’s operations director Neil Parker said: “We didn’t win the match, but raising £6,000 for Sycamore Trust, well that’s the real victory. A huge thank you to everyone, including Dagenham & Redbridge FC for allowing us to play and those who donated, supported and cheered us all on.”
Matt Startin, replacement sales manager for Enterprise Rent-a-Car and manager on the night, added:
“What a great night and what a great cause the guys at Fix Auto Dagenham have adopted. We’re only too pleased to have played a role.”
