Stephen Bucci promoted to KGM Motors aftersales director
KGM Motors UK has promoted Stephen Bucci to aftersales director with a remit to improve customer experience and dealership support.
Bucci joined the company in November 2018 as regional aftersales manager, before progressing to the role of general manager service operations in February 2024.
He said: “I am delighted to be appointed aftersales director at KGM Motors UK. Since joining the company in 2018, I’ve had the privilege of working alongside incredible colleagues and dedicated dealership partners. Together, we’ve achieved so much and I’m truly grateful for the journey so far.
“This next chapter is about building on that foundation, driving customer‑centric excellence, and continuing to strengthen the momentum across our network. I’m excited for what lies ahead and look forward to shaping the future with such a talented team.”
