Solution Repair Group hosts inaugural national meeting

Solution Repair Group hosted its first-ever national meeting on 25 June, when repairers and industry leaders shared industry insights and opportunities.
A central theme of the day was work generation amidst falling volumes, with repairers urged to develop strategies to win work locally while also by leveraging the group’s national scale to maximise contracts already in place.
Setting the tone, Trend Tracker analyst Paul Sell provided valuable insights into industry trends, highlighting the decline in repair volumes over the past 20 years while also emphasising new areas of opportunity for repairers to explore.
Max Ali of Tractable then shared developments in cutting-edge systems, demonstrating how repairers can leverage the latest technology to enhance their services, before Martyn Rowley of the NBRA discussed ongoing efforts to address key industry challenges.
Attendees in Telford also collaborated on marketing strategies, exchanged innovative ideas, and analysed shared data to identify new areas of opportunity.
Solution Repair Group collaboration
Chris Weeks, managing director of Solution, said: “The atmosphere during the event was exceptional. It’s tough working alone, no matter the size of your business, so coming together as a team not only makes life easier but also makes it more enjoyable. We are very excited about the future of the group and the impact it will have on the success of the businesses within it.”
Solution Repair Group champions collaboration and shared success, offering single-site repairers exclusive access to a network where only one repairer holds a key location in each area. This creates a powerful, collaborative presence without competition.
