SMR pricing platform connects Kia dealers with drivers
Kia UK is connecting dealers, repairers and drivers on a new AI-enabled SMR pricing platform delivered by Digital INNK
Digital INNK’s ViSN SMR pricing platform automatically connects drivers booking vehicles in for service or repair to the nearest and most suitable dealer or service centre.
Each job is automatically populated with the correct, OEM-agreed-upon rates for a specific job, meaning that booking, work authorisation, and payment processes are all streamlined.
This accelerates the booking process, provides accurate pricing data and speeds up job processing as costs are transparent from the outset.
Colin Lonergan, key account manager fleet and insurance, Kia UK, said: “Working with Digital INNK gives Kia another way of offering our Kia Business Service Promise servicing rates for business and fleet companies that have elected to use the Digital INNK platform to book their work into the Kia Dealer network.
“This means that fleet companies can benefit from Kia main dealer servicing for just £53 per hour, along with a 10% parts discount and oil priced at just £10 per litre.”
Significant step
