Smart repair demand drives Revive! Crewe expansion
Revive! Crewe is planning expansion into new territories just 18 months after setting up as smart repair demand increases.
Franchisee Ethan Rozario launched the company in the summer of 2023. He was already managing a family flooring company but when his brother came on board it gave him the opportunity to branch out.
He said: “I chose to join Revive! because it was in an industry I was familiar with and one where I would be offering a service which would align with everything I already did in my other business.
“I liked that with Revive! there was existing brand awareness, a ready-made website, full marketing support and an immediate workflow that gave me the capacity to instantly be running a management franchise.”
Sales
Sales took off in February this year after he began working with a major dealership in the area, while helping Revive! look after a vacant neighbouring territory, which Rozario plans to buy next year, has further boosted demand. He now has a team of three technicians with plans to add a fourth van to meet growing work volumes.
He said: “We’ve got such a great team here. We’ve taken on a young lad whose 19 and he’s absolutely fantastic. Seeing people all around me doing well is one of the main reasons I do this.”
