Silverlake Automotive Recycling backs Team BRIT

Silverlake Automotive Recycling has announced new sponsorship for Team BRIT, the world’s only competitive team of all-disabled racing drivers.
Under the agreement, Silverlake will sponsor Fareham-based Team BRIT driver Paul Fullick, and supply the team with quality-graded, warranty-assured, reclaimed car parts, cutting repair costs and carbon emissions as the team races head-to-head with able-bodied competitors.
Allen Prebble, managing director at Silverlake, said: “This isn’t just sponsorship, it’s a shared mission to break barriers, both on the track and in society. We’re proud to back Paul, whose determination and grit are an inspiration, and we’re thrilled to help Team BRIT shift motorsport towards a greener, more inclusive future.
“Our shared community values and desire to innovate and protect the environment will see this collaboration go from strength to strength.”
Eco-friendly cars
Team BRIT principal, Mike Scudamore added:
“With Silverlake on board, we’re not just building more eco-friendly cars – we’re building a more accessible and sustainable sport. This partnership and our team success prove that recycled doesn’t mean second-best – it means smarter, leaner, and greener.”
Last year, Silverlake provided Fullick with salvaged First Aid kits for a humanitarian mission to Ukraine – a gesture that sparked a deeper connection rooted in shared values of community, innovation, and resilience.
Silverlake also sponsors the C1 Racing Series, providing budget-conscious drivers with access to competitive racing and cost-effective reclaimed parts.
