Scott Dunnell named Fix Auto Dagenham operations director
Fix Auto Dagenham has promoted Scott Dunnell to the role of group operations director.
He steps up from the company’s six-strong management team to sit within the group’s leadership team’s alongside company shareholders Chris Oliver, Neil Parker and Paul Cunningham, with a directive to steer both Fix Auto Dagenham and Fix Auto Hainault repair centres through their next phase of growth and innovation.
Bodyshop magazine’s Bodyshop Manager of the Year winner in 2019, he joined the network as a repairer in 2012 and over the past 13 years has played a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s continued success.
Cunningham said: “We are thrilled to recognise Scott’s contributions with this well-deserved promotion. Fix Auto Dagenham has a reputation for identifying and developing individuals. Indeed, I joined the business within the customer services team and my fellow director Neil started out on the shop floor as an apprentice MET and we’ve been steering what we believe to be an innovative and thriving operation.
