Rivervale Leasing extends SMR contract with Fleet Assist
Brighton-based Rivervale Leasing has agreed a multi-year extension of its SMR (service, maintenance and repair) contract with Fleet Assist.
Rivervale use Fleet Assist’s Service Booking Lite platform to manage its customers’ SMR needs through its nationwide network of over 5,200 garages and over 500 mobile workshops.
It uses Fleet Assist’s technical authorisation service as well as its downtime management service which proactively helps get Rivervale customer vehicles back on the road quickly and efficiently.

“By working closely with Fleet Assist over the past few years we have been able to concentrate on growing our leasing and fleet management business safe in the knowledge that their experienced team has been proactively managing all aspects of our customers’ SMR needs.
