QCD Autocentre Brackley secures Skywell approval
Independent repairer QCD Autocentre Brackley has become an approved repairer for Chinese electric vehicle brand Skywell.
Skywell is new to the UK market with its first model the BE11 SUV.
The brand, which employs more than 30,000 people in America, China and Europe, is now building its dealer and service network in the UK, prioritising independent and family-run businesses for its repair programme.
QCD Autocentre Brackley, which has built a reputation for sustainable operations and EV expertise, will enhance its purpose-built workshop and paint facility with brand-specific tooling and equipment to provide warranty-approved repairs, diagnostics and software updates for Skywell owners.
Meanwhile, the appointment underlines the opportunities available to EV-ready bodyshops as more and more manufacturers enter the UK market, seeking to develop their own repair networks.
