Paul Sewell joins RWC to drive Train to Gain

RWC Training has appointed Paul Sewell as technical creator and trainer for its continuous professional development (CPD) programme, Train to Gain.

He will be responsible for the comprehensive development, delivery and ongoing updates of the Train to Gain programme, while his deep industry knowledge and extensive training experience will be instrumental in ensuring Train to Gain remains at the cutting edge of automotive repair technology and best practices.

Train to Gain has been built on the IMI’s Continuous CPD Subject Framework.

It moves beyond traditional reaccreditation, offering a dynamic, flexible and remote learning experience designed to continually upskill technicians and streamline administrative processes, whilst ensuring compliance with BS 10125.

Key appointment
