Murat Ustuner named 3M regional division leader
3M has appointed Murat Ustuner as regional division leader for its automotive aftermarket division in North Europe.
He succeeds Lee Roan, who will move into his new role as EMEA MSO – strategic accounts and RepairStack sales leader.
With more than 15 years at 3M, Ustuner brings extensive leadership experience and a proven track record of driving growth across diverse markets, successfully guiding his team through significant macro economic and structural change. His blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution has been a hallmark of his career.
He will lead teams across the UK and the Nordic region, focusing on strengthening 3M’s market position through customer-centric innovation, channel collaboration, and the continued roll-out of digital solutions such as 3MRepairStack performance solutions.
Ustuner will also prioritise deepening partnerships with bodyshops, distributors and insurers, using data, technology and teamwork to deliver measurable value across the repair ecosystem.
