Mad Devs celebrates two new dealership deals

Winchester Motor Group has gone live with the Mad Devs Connect platform as part of a broader push to enhance lead handling, efficiency and remote sales.

The technology, which includes iTrackLEADS and iConvert, is part of the Hampshire-based dealer group’s investment in digital systems to support modern buying habits.

Nick White, group head of sales at Winchester Motor Group, said: “Technology has to earn its place by improving the experience for customers and making life easier for our teams.

“Connect allows us to manage enquiries properly from the first point of contact, guide customers through a seamless journey from initial enquiry to closing the sale, and continue that relationship into after-sales.

“Whether the deal happens in the showroom or remotely, the process is clear and consistent. The system is intuitive and easy to use, which means our teams across the group can adopt it quickly and focus on looking after customers.”

Digital documentation

Meanwhile, Foray Motor Group has rolled out Mad Devs’ iStoreDOCS platform across its Ford operations. The iStoreDOCS technology enables secure digital documentation, supporting compliance and reducing administration across sales and after-sales departments.

Daniel Rea, sales director at Mad Devs, said: “The enhanced Connect platform is giving dealers the flexibility and technology they need to operate efficiently and drive remote sales. It brings lead management, conversion tools and digital retailing together in one place, so dealers can respond faster, manage enquiries properly and sell vehicles without friction.”
