Steer Automotive Group has acquired Lloyds Autobody Limited, the established luxury vehicle repair specialist with operations in Liverpool and Manchester.
Steer said in a statement that the acquisition represents another strategic step in its expansion within the luxury vehicle sector, and further builds on The Steer Luxury Collection which includes Chartwell, M&A Coachworks, and other Steer Luxury sites.

Lloyds Autobody has earned a strong reputation for its craftsmanship, expertise and dedication to delivering exceptional standards of repair for some of the world’s most luxurious vehicle brands. The business will continue to operate from its existing sites, supported by Steer’s investment and operational infrastructure.
As part of the transaction, any majority shareholders will step away from the business following completion, with Steer ensuring a smooth transition for staff and customers as the business integrates into The Steer Luxury Collection.
