Launch Tech UK acquired by Launch Europe
Launch Tech UK has been acquired by Launch Europe, a wholly owned subsidiary of Launch Tech Co.
As part of this acquisition, Launch Tech UK will relocate its head office from Plymouth to Milton Keynes later this year.
Meanwhile, owner and managing director Dave Richards will retire in August after 20 years at the helm.
He said: “My decision to retire comes after careful consideration. I’ve had much success leading the brand over the last 20 years and I believe I am leaving the future of the company in great hands within the Launch Tech worldwide family.”
Eric Xue, CEO at Launch Tech Europe, said: “We want to extend our deepest gratitude to Dave for his dedication and exceptional leadership over the years. His legacy will continue to inspire us as we move forward.”
Xue added: “The next chapter of Launch Tech UK is a bright one, and we’d like to thank all of our loyal customers, partners and colleagues for their ongoing support.”
