Innocent Driver accelerates services with Paul Taylor
Innocent Driver is enhancing its claims management services with the support of Paul Taylor, who joined the advisory board in July.
He joined Innocent Driver to advise the business on operational transformation, service delivery and strategic development with a hands-on, collaborative approach focused on people, purpose and process.
He said: “I’ve always championed the vital role that repairers play in the claims journey. Not just as suppliers, but as trusted partners. Reconnecting with this part of the industry is something I am genuinely looking forward to. Through Innocent Driver’s model, I want more repairers to experience what true claims service looks like: transparent, collaborative and built around operational certainty.
Knowing they’ll be paid promptly empowers them to focus on what they do best – delivering exceptional workmanship and providing peace of mind and mobility to customers under immense pressure, working to tight timescales.”
Experience
Innocent Driver founder and managing director Tony Parris said: “There’s a combined 60 years of claims experience between Paul and myself and that really shows. Paul’s insight is already helping us sharpen our growth strategy and strengthen our supply chain as we scale.
“For me, it’s not just about his track record, it’s the fact that he’s chosen us despite having plenty of other options. That’s a huge vote of confidence in what we’re building here at Innocent Driver. It tells our partners – repairers, brokers, and beyond – that our model stands up to scrutiny and attracts the kind of leadership that wants to make a real difference.”
