Fleet Assist extends SMR contract with Day’s Fleet
Fleet Assist has secured a three-year SMR contract extension with Day’s Fleet.
As part of the contract, Fleet Assist will continue to support Day’s Fleet’s 8,500 vehicles through its managed network of 5,200 garages and 600 mobile service vans.
Fleet Assist will also provide Day’s Fleet with vehicle downtime management by managing repairs, sourcing parts and securing technical authorisation when required.

Aled Williams, Day’s Fleet managing director, added: “We work very closely with Fleet Assist on the SMR element of our fleet and are constantly looking at ways at improving the service we provide to both business and consumer drivers.
“We look forward to continuing that partnership for another three years at a time when the SMR landscape is ever-changing.”
Day’s Fleet is a part of the Day’s Motor Group, a family business established in 1926.
