Fix Auto UK achieves ISO 27001 and 9001 certification
Fix Auto UK has successfully achieved both ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certifications, becoming the first organisation in the vehicle repair sector to gain the dual recognition at the same time.
These internationally recognised standards mark a significant milestone for Fix Auto UK and reinforces its dedication and commitment to information security and quality management.
ISO 27001 certifies its robust information security management systems, ensuring customer and business data is protected to the highest level, while ISO 9001 demonstrates the effectiveness of the company’s quality management systems and dedication to consistently delivering high-quality services.

To gain the accreditations, the group has had to undertake a series of rigorous assessments of processes, systems and controls.
