Enterprise loyalty programme adds value to bodyshop partners

Bodyshops on the Enterprise Rent-A-Car repair network are now eligible for reward points through an exclusive Enterprise loyalty programme in partnership with LKQ. The programme allows repairers to redeem loyalty points across the most up-to-date equipment and training from LKQ.

The programme’s online portal allows bodyshops and repairers to earn points through everyday purchases of many qualifying paint brands, wet and dry goods, and automotive parts used on Enterprise repairs.

Points can then be redeemed for a range of benefits, such as LKQ Academy training, which features courses on topics such as apprentice training, including IMI options. Participating repairers and bodyshops can also use their points to purchase equipment.

The Enterprise loyalty programme reflects the company’s continued commitment to bring value to its UK repairer and partner network and has already received warm industry support from partner bodyshops.

Mike Oliver, managing director at KC Autos Accident Repair Centres, is one such partner who has already experienced the benefits of the programme. “At KC Autos, we are always looking for innovative ways to reinvest in our people, our sites and our customer journey,” he said.

“We believe this loyalty programme is exactly what a modern repair group such as KC Autos needs: simple, transparent and business-focused. It rewards loyalty in a way that’s tangible, and it demonstrates that LKQ and Enterprise are invested in our long-term success.”

Support for bodyshops

Nick Sweetman, AVP vehicle repair and service operations for UK and Ireland at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, said: “We are delighted to partner with LKQ on this loyalty programme to support our bodyshops, adding value and creating a better partner experience.

“As a work provider with more than 150,000 vehicles in the UK, we understand the challenges bodyshops and repairers face in accessing the latest skills and technologies to deliver the most effective maintenance and repairs. Working together with our partners in the motor repair supply chain, we can help each other, support our bodyshop network and ultimately improve service to customers.”

Daniel Watkins, head of business relationship management at LKQ, said: “New technologies and techniques result in new demands for repair partners, and we’ve therefore collaborated closely with Enterprise to create a loyalty programme that ensures the network can continue to thrive and successfully navigate the complexities of modern vehicle repair.”

Oliver agreed: “What I particularly value is that the programme doesn’t just deliver rewards – it supports sustainable growth. By reinvesting the benefits straight back into our business, we’re ensuring our teams are better equipped, our standards remain high, and ultimately, our insurer partners and customers get the very best experience.”
