Automechanika Birmingham 2025 announces speakers

Automechanika Birmingham 2025 has unveiled its exciting line-up of key speakers and features for this year.

The event takes place from 3-5 June at the NEC Birmingham and will include more than 50 product launches as well as demonstrations of cutting-edge equipment, the newest technologies, and expert insights from more than 550 leading exhibitors from over 25 countries.

They include 3M, A1 ADAS, Car-O-Liner, Core Diagnostics, FLP Group, Gliptone, Indasa, KAPCI Coatings, Karcher, LKQ Euro Car Parts, PPG, Pro XL, Repairify, Sagola, SATA and Walcom.

The event will also include a full schedule of talks and panel discussions across its hubs, this includes Body Repair Live, sponsored by Solera and in association with Bodyshop magazine, which offers visitors practical demonstrations and puts the spotlight on the latest innovations, technologies and techniques in body repair processes.

OEM standards

This year will see Faye Tindall, INDASA Abrasives UK, Phil Peace of Repairify and Jason Scharton from 3M take to the stage to discuss topics such as corrosion protection, OEM standard repairs, structural integrity and safety, customer loyalty and growth, plus regulation and legislation.

The Paint & Spray Live stage sponsored by Masterflo UK and hosted by Wayne Beardmore of Damage Undone fame, will host expert demonstrations and the latest tools and developments for automotive refinishing within a fully operational spraybooth.

The live demonstrations will present the latest products, techniques and solutions designed to improve performance for technicians, while enhancing sustainability and profitability for business owners. Speakers at Paint & Spray Live include Stewart Lane from PPG, Matt Stevens of SATA, Mark Andrews from Axalta and Jason Drage of U-Pol, plus Dan Lawton, INDASA Abrasives, Paul Heale, INDASA Abrasives and Craig Bourke, Walcom Walmec UK LTD.

Vehicle Detailing Live

As the education partner and co-curator of the programme, The UK Detailing Academy (UKDA) invites show attendees to visit the Vehicle Detailing Live hub for practical demonstrations and to discuss the sector’s challenges and opportunities. Brands involved in the Vehicle Detailing Live feature includes Gliptone, Meguair’s, IDA (International Detailing Association), PVD (Professional Valeters & Detailers) and Lake Country.
