ACG strengthens leadership structure with key appointments
ACG has announced the appointment of Paula Levens as head of operations and Steve Armstrong as head of finance, two pivotal roles that will support the company’s next phase of growth, transformation, and digital innovation.
Levens and Armstrong bring extensive experience from across the accident management, credit hire, and fintech sectors, further enhancing ACG’s leadership capabilities.
ACG strengthens leadership
Their appointments form a central part of ACG’s newly established senior leadership team (SLT), which unites both new and existing leaders to drive strategic development across the business. Joining Levens and Armstrong on the SLT are Nicky Rushton, head of sales, marketing and service, and Nicola Newman, head of people, creating a powerful, multi-disciplinary leadership group.
Together, the SLT embodies ACG’s commitment to investing in people and building a strong foundation for future success. Their collective expertise will be instrumental as the business continues to evolve and strengthen its operations and service delivery functions.
Debbie Nowell of ACG, said as ACG strengthens leadership team: “On behalf of the board of directors, I am thrilled to welcome Paula and Steve to ACG and to bring together such a wealth of resources and skills within our new Senior Leadership Team.
Investment in leadership
“This investment in leadership marks a significant milestone in taking ACG to the next level, embracing digitalisation, expanding our product range, and continuing to support our customers as a leading funding partner. Exciting times are ahead, and the SLT will play a crucial role in shaping this journey.”
The creation of the new SLT reflects ACG’s strategic focus on innovation, people, and performance, ensuring the business is well-positioned to lead through meaningful transformation in the years ahead.
