UKGBE gears up for big prize giveaways for technicians

As the countdown continues to the second instalment of the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event, bodyshop professionals can except to see an unprecedented array of giveaways for technicians and competition opportunities at the NEC, Birmingham on 5-6 June.
Comparing the numbers to its previous edition, this year visitors can experience a substantial increase in competitions, with 25 contests already lined up for 2024, nearly double the 14 on offer in 2022. From exciting giveaways to captivating competitions, organisers have revealed a sneak peek into what visitors can expect.
Big prize giveaways for technicians
AllThingsCX is offering attendees a chance to win a pair of Apple AirPods each day by correctly guessing the number of jelly beans in their telephone box.
At the LKQ bodyshop stand, visitors can participate in a virtual reality welding interactive challenge spread over the two days. The winner will walk away with a £250 lifestyle voucher.
Mann + Hummel invites attendees to its stand for a shot at the £10,000 lucky dip prize pit. Winners could take home various prizes including kettles, bluetooth speakers, phone chargers, water bottles, beanie hats, mugs, and other merchandise and goodies.
Exciting prizes and engaging challenges
Sherwin-Williams is offering visitors the opportunity to win an Octoral Rapid Surfacer Kit and a Sagola custom Sherwin-Williams spray gun 2.5L Rapid Surfacer Hardener.
At the Walcom stand, participants can simply leave a business card in the jar on the welcome desk for a chance to win a 360 True Light Evo Meter worth £431.94. The winner will be selected at the end of the event.
Participating in the Core Remote Challenge from Core Diagnostics could give attendees a chance to win an Apple Watch worth more than £400, as well as receiving a £100 discount on Core Remote Interface.
And what’s more, Niterra (UK) Ltd is livening up the proceedings asking potential challengers to test their skills in ‘Stop the Clock’ for a chance to win a seat on a ride-along rally drive on M-Sport’s Passenger Ride Day.
