SMMT secures IIP Gold award

The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) has been recognised as one of Britain’s best places to work.
It achieved Gold accreditation from Investors in People (IIP), the international benchmark for workplace standards and people management.
After securing Bronze and Silver awards in 2015 and 2022, it secured Gold, being one of just 17% of organisations seeking IIP accreditation to do so, in recognition of its progressive people-focused policies. These include staff engagement in decision-making, investment in career development, flexible working practices, and diversity.
