Nissan names new aftersales director

Nissan GB has appointed a new aftersales director to help drive its transition to an all-electric brand by 2030.

Nicolas Belaud takes up the role from Nissan Motors Thailand, where he led the aftersales division.

He takes over from Chris Marsh, who has been appointed as director, aftersales importers and services repairs for the AMIEO region.

Andrew Humberstone, managing director of Nissan GB, said: “Chris has successfully grown our UK aftersales business, increased revenues, profits and workshop retention rates with consistently strong performance.

“I’d also like to welcome Nicolas to Nissan GB and look forward to working with him as we look to the future. He has a strong aftersales track record in Asia Pacific markets with a particular focus on enhancing customer experience, which will be of great value to our organisation.”

Belaud said: “I’m delighted to be joining the team at Nissan GB at a very exciting time for the automotive industry. I look forward to embracing the opportunities presented by the UK market’s transition to electric vehicles, while delivering added value for our network partners and an even greater experience for our customers.”
