Kia wins Best Workplace accolade

Kia UK has been named as one of the UK’s Best Workplaces 2024 by Great Place to Work.

It was rated highly by Kia colleagues in areas such as working atmosphere, trust in management, corporate strategy, pride in working for the company, benefits, facilities, and sense of security.

Gemma Benbow, people and organisation director at Kia UK said: “We’re proud to achieve this accolade in addition to being included in last year’s Best Workplaces for Women. A company is only as good as its people, so it’s fantastic that Kia UK has not only been independently certified as a Great Place to Work but also recognised as one of the top large employers in the UK. Employee satisfaction is hugely important to us as a customer-focused organisation, so it is great that they have reported positive experiences towards their colleagues, leaders, and jobs.”

Benedict Gautrey, managing director of Great Place To Work UK, said: “It’s truly inspiring to witness a growing number of organisations earn a spot on our UK’s Best Workplaces List. This recognition is no mean feat and highlights companies across the UK that excel in fostering high levels of trust in leadership, instilling pride in their workforce, and cultivating strong camaraderie among colleagues. Congratulations to Kia UK for being part of our 2024 UK’s Best Workplaces List.”
