Hella hails customer experience centre

Hella is promoting its range of automotive products at its new customer experience centre near Banbury.

The new facility was unveiled in the final quarter of last year and apart from hosting an IAAF regional meeting has been pivotal in raising awareness among the industry for the company’s product portfolio.

HELLA supplies electronic systems to the aftermarket, including EV-specific, commercial vehicle and EMS sensor ranges.

Other product lines include rotating electrics, bulbs, batteries and wipers, as well as the Hella Gutmann diagnostics programme.

Helen Goldingay, marketing manager, said: “The most frequent feedback we get from visitors is, ‘we didn’t realise HELLA did all that’ as often they’ll think of us primarily as an OE lighting manufacturer.

“Besides being able to view the latest OEM LED headlamps, we’ve also got displays for the huge range of retrofit lighting solutions we offer into specialist sectors such as off-highway, leisure, commercial vehicle and agricultural.

“There’s a lot to show visitors and we’re really looking forward to hosting more customers this year. There’s no substitute for demonstrating practical solutions like ADAS calibration within our training workshop, or chatting directly to the remote diagnostics team about the ways in which they support garages to work effectively on the latest vehicles.”
