Hatfields Group announces MAD DEVS deal

Hatfields Group is rolling out new technology to improve the customer experience and secure their data using advanced secure cloud computing.

The dealer group has teamed up with iStoreDOCS to use the document management platform at its eight sites in north England and Shropshire.

Craig Petty, sales director at Hatfields, said: “Hatfields has provided excellent customer service for over 100 years, but we are always looking for new ways to use technology. The iStoreDOCS platform is designed to make the sales process easier for dealership teams and buyers. It’s also important that our customer data is stored securely, and iStoreDOCS provides great peace of mind in this area.

“The rollout of the new system has gone very smoothly, and we have been impressed with the level of training delivered to our staff. MAD DEV’s staff have been first class in handling any issues with setup and going over items with people who may have struggled.”
