FMGRS Dundee opens its doors to bolster regional capacity
FMG Repair Services has opened its latest high-tech accident repair centre. The new site, FMGRS Dundee, will strengthen the company’s repair capacity throughout the Tayside, Fife and Angus regions, as part of its growth and site investment programme.
With easy access to Dundee’s arterial road network, the new site has undergone an extensive development programme to install state-of-the-art vehicle repair technology and high quality equipment.
FMGRS Dundee now open
At 21,000 sqft, the bodyshop has specialist capability to repair standard vehicles and LCVs, to meet high demand in the region. This includes large ramps, repair booths and specialist jigs designed specifically for longer and heavier vans as well as standard bays, jigs and scissor lifts.
On-site equipment includes the latest ADAS repair technology and the ability for plastic repair and cosmetic aluminium repair on all types of vehicles including EVs and hybrids.
The bright and modern site replaces the company’s nearby Perth bodyshop, and will employ the former site’s experienced team of ATA-qualified technicians, along with new recruits.
