Dan Sutac joins Grove Group to develop northern territory

Grove Group has appointed Dan Sutac as regional development manager for the automotive repair and refinish distributor’s northern territory.

Tony Thorpe, Grove’s business development director, said: “During our recruitment process for regional development manager, we were seeking candidates who possessed more than the typical salesperson qualities. We wanted someone who truly understood a customer’s needs, key business fundamentals, delivered business support and added genuine enhancement of efficiency and profitability.

“This is exactly what we got when Dan joined the Grove team. Dan quickly embraced our company initiatives, understanding their customer benefits, and is actively engaging and delivering with many customers in the northern territory. I can’t wait to see the positive progress over the coming months – exciting times ahead.”

Meanwhile, in line with the company’s commitment to talent development, Grove announced the internal promotion of Caitlyn Ingram to the position of warehouse supervisor for its Cardiff branch.

Highlighting that Ingram’s journey represents the company’s commitment to recognising and nurturing potential within its workforce, David Sutcliffe, Grove’s commercial director, said “It is imperative that we as an industry continue to drive youth through our businesses. Trust and chances for young people are key. In Caitlyn, we have a young person who has all the attributes to be able to influence our Cardiff site and drive it on to the next successful chapter.”
