Confused.com announces key tech collaboration

Confused.com has signed a strategic partnership with Dootrix to enhances its mobile insurance app.

It will leverage Dootrix’s digital and data capabilities, particularly around mobile technology, to develop new innovations to help policyholders switch between its comparison site and insurance channel more easily.

They will also produce a roadmap of new features to be rolled out and trialled, using different techniques to deliver a more personalised experience for users.
