CarComm Coachworks secures BSI certification

Ashford-based commercial vehicle repair centre CarComm Coachworks has announced it has achieved the new BS10125:2022 standard.

The updated standard applies to the entire automotive service, vehicle damage repair process, and specification. It provides UK bodyshops with the processes and procedures directly related to the safe repair of accident damaged vehicles up to 5 tonnes GVW.

CarComm, which has held Mercedes-Benz approved status for the last 17 years and also boasts the VBRA Elite Truck and Van Body Repair Standard, achieved certification following audits of every single component of the vehicle repair process, from the tools and equipment used to the competence of technicians and it repair processes.

Jason Mole, managing director, said:

“Excellence isn’t just a goal, it’s a way of life at CarComm Coachworks. Offering the highest standard of repair possible is what keeps us going from strength to strength. We are exceptionally proud of everyone on our team, for their commitment to the strict regular assessments and continued dedication to striving for the best.”
