Activate Group accredited as a real Living Wage employer

Accident management specialist Activate Group has been certified as a real Living Wage employer. The company committed to paying a real living wage from 1 April, resulting in 220 colleagues all getting a salary increase.

The real Living Wage is the only UK wage rate based on the cost-of-living and is independently calculated by the Living Wage Foundation based on actual living costs. It now stands at £12ph across the UK and £13.15 in London, compared to the National Living Wage of £11.44ph.

Activate Group, which earlier this year secured major investment from Elysian Capital, offers accident management services to fleets through sopp+sopp, handles personal lines insurance claims through Motor Repair Network, and also carries out repairs and next-day parts supply through Activate Accident Repair and Activate Parts.
