Sainz helps H.R. Owen launch new Ferrari showroom

H.R. Owen celebrated the launch of a new two-storey state-of-the-art Ferrari showroom in Hatfield with Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 driver Carlos Sainz.
Sainz joined H.R. Owen CEO Ken Choo and more than 200 guests to celebrate the occasion on 5 July.
Ferrari customers to the new site will receive the very highest standards of service and convenience by the new aftersales centre, and state-of-the-art smart technologies which give each car a full visual assessment before it has even entered the workshop.
Enrico Galliera, Ferrari chief marketing and commercial officer, said: “An official Ferrari presence in Hatfield, with a brand-new H.R. Owen dealership, is one important step to further bolster our network and boost customer satisfaction. The new location will deliver an even more exclusive and unique Ferrari experience to nurture our community of Ferrari enthusiasts in the UK and it fits perfectly in with the Mayfair and South Kensington showrooms.”
As well as the H.R. Owen Ferrari showroom in South Kensington, the Group also opened a Mayfair-based Ferrari showroom in 2019 before this launch of the Group’s third – and largest – showroom in Hatfield. At the end of 2022, H.R. Owen further bolstered its Ferrari customer experience with the acquisition of the former Joe Macari-operated Ferrari Service facility in South London, offering its clients more flexibility and convenience in the care of their Ferrari.
